Prepping my goat gigot (leg) to roast in the stove. I determined to leave it to marinade in the fridge overnight and also pressed the juice of a whole lemon over it.
It turned out so tender with a wonderful rich sauce. I prepared it for 1hr,15 min covered with aluminum foil as well as discovered it for one more 15min to brown!
